Abstract
The figure shows the XRD patterns of the Sr-doped ZnO thin films with different doping levels. All the diffraction peaks correspond to the diffraction from wurtzite ZnO planes and no secondary phases are detected from the XRD patterns. Compared with the pure ZnO thin film, the intensity of the (002) peak located at ∼34.4° is enhanced and the FWHM is decreased when the Sr-doped level is below 7%. This means Sr-doping improves the crystalline quality of ZnO thin films to some extent.103
