Abstract
⺠Crystallite size decreases with increasing Ni2+ substitution. ⺠IR spectra reveal the bands corresponding to spinel structure. ⺠Resistivity increases initially followed by decreasing trend with Ni2+ substitution. ⺠Magnetization decreases with increasing Ni2+ substitution. ⺠Dielectric properties decreases with increase in frequency.
