Abstract
⺠W-doped ZnO nanocomposites were synthesized by a sol-gel method. ⺠The XRD results revealed that all the materials consisting of wurtzite structure. ⺠The sizes of the W-ZnO nanocomposite are 5-10 nm, obtained from TEM image. ⺠With W doping into ZnO photoinduced charge separation rate has been enhanced. ⺠Photocatalytic activity of the W-ZnO is much higher than that of undoped ZnO.
