Abstract
⺠Lithium ferrite and its Zr-Mn doped derivatives are synthesized by citrate precursor technique. ⺠The materials are synthesized at relatively low annealing temperature (873 K). ⺠SEM reveals the uniform morphology and grain growth with dopant contents. ⺠Mössbauer studies suggest the cationic distribution of doped ions to specific sites. ⺠Electrical resistivity increases from 108 to 3.7 Ã 109 Ω-cm with increasing contents.
