Abstract
► Lithium ferrite and its Zr-Mn doped derivatives are synthesized by citrate precursor technique. ► The materials are synthesized at relatively low annealing temperature (873 K). ► SEM reveals the uniform morphology and grain growth with dopant contents. ► Mössbauer studies suggest the cationic distribution of doped ions to specific sites. ► Electrical resistivity increases from 108 to 3.7 × 109 Ω-cm with increasing contents.
