Abstract
⺠Systematic study on the solid solutions of Zn1âxMnxO (x = 0.25, 0.50 & 0.75). ⺠First report on the substitution of high Mn concentration at ZnO host lattice. ⺠High surface area and ultrafine nanoparticles in the size range of 2-10 nm ⺠Characterization of the nanoparticles using most of the sophisticated techniques.
