Abstract
⺠The two metal-doped carbon aerogels showed different surface areas and porosities. ⺠Gravimetric capacitances were higher in Cu-doped than in Ag-doped carbon aerogels. ⺠Activation increased the capacitance and decreased the equivalent series resistance. ⺠The activated Cu-doped carbon aerogel showed the highest capacitance, 98 F cmâ3.
