Abstract
► AlN and GaN films co-implanted with europium and praseodymium ions. ► Structural and optical properties studied by RBS and spectroscopic techniques. ► Emission properties were comparable with samples implanted only with one ion. ► Different behavior of the integrated intensity for RE transitions in the two samples. ► Co-doping process widening the contribution of the red spectral range light provided by both ions.
