Abstract
⺠Simple method of vacuum evaporation has been utilized to fabricate WO3 thin film based sensors. ⺠Sensors are highly sensitive and selective towards sub-ppm H2S in comparison to that of pure WO3 films. ⺠Raman and work function measurements confirm the faster kinetics involved in Au-incorporated WO3 thin films.
