Abstract
⺠Hexagonal wurtzite structured ZnO nanorods (preferred orientation along (002) plane). ⺠Electrical activation energies were calculated in between 0.12 and 0.15 eV. ⺠Microstrain and dislocation density decreased with increasing deposition time. ⺠Increasing deposition time was resulted in an increase in preferred orientation.
