Abstract
⺠Effect of biomolecular (DNA) interaction on electrical properties of SWNTs is studied. ⺠ON-linear resistance of SWNTs increases after DNA binding. ⺠Threshold voltage shifts towards positive values after interfacing with DNA. ⺠CNT-DNA adduct shows decreased transconductance and hole mobility. ⺠Substantial change in device parameters is observed after interfacing with DNA.
