Abstract
► Effect of biomolecular (DNA) interaction on electrical properties of SWNTs is studied. ► ON-linear resistance of SWNTs increases after DNA binding. ► Threshold voltage shifts towards positive values after interfacing with DNA. ► CNT-DNA adduct shows decreased transconductance and hole mobility. ► Substantial change in device parameters is observed after interfacing with DNA.
