Abstract
⺠Developed lipase/nano-CeO2/TCO biosensor for tributyrin sensing. ⺠Fluorine doped cadmium oxide (CdO:F) TCO film acts as working electrode. ⺠CeO2 film acts as nanointerface between lipase and the working TCO electrode. ⺠The biosensor showed a sharp response time of 5 s with a shelf life period of 6 weeks. ⺠The biosensor exhibited excellent linearity (0.33-1.98 mM) with a LOD of 2 μM.
