Abstract
⺠A polymeric aluminium complex was synthesized and characterized by NMR, FTIR, XPS and ICP. ⺠Thin layers of the compound were irradiated using vacuum-UV radiation and converted to AlOx. ⺠Quantum-chemical calculations explain the conversion mechanism.
