Abstract
⺠Plant polyphenol-loaded PCL nanofibers were fabricated by electrospinning. ⺠Nanofibers showed no burst release and controlled release of plant polyphenol. ⺠The released polyphenol can generate H2O2 that is the major cause of cytotoxicity of polyphenol. ⺠H2O2 generated by polyphenol was involved in apoptosis of cancer cells by activation of caspase-3.
