Abstract
⺠Perovskite-type cubic structure with space group Pm3m. ⺠ac conductivity obeys the Jonscher's universal power law. ⺠Space charge polarization is easy to activate thermally. ⺠Ba1âxBi2x/3Zr0.25Ti0.75O3 (x = 0.025) ceramic behaves like negative temperature coefficient of resistance (NTCR).
