Abstract
⺠Graphite nanoplatelet (GNP)/rubbery epoxy composite as thermal interface material. ⺠Mechanical mixing (MM) and speed mixing used for composites fabrication. ⺠GNPs loadings in rubbery epoxy depend on particle size and distribution. ⺠Improved transport properties of composites produced by MM. ⺠GNP/rubbery epoxy composites are highly compliant compared to GNP/glassy epoxy composites.
