Abstract
⺠CNTs have been successfully grown directly on hydroxyapatite using MPECVD. ⺠Diameter distribution of the CNTs lies in the range from 30 to 70 nm. ⺠The HA surface is partially transformed to β-TCP during the deposition. ⺠Grown CNTs have good quality and IG/ID ratio lies between 1.243 and 1.774.
