Abstract
⺠Ho(Ni1/2Zr1/2)O3 ceramic is synthesized by the solid state reaction technique. ⺠XRD pattern suggests the single phase monoclinic structure. ⺠Semi conductive behavior is observed. ⺠Conductivity spectra follow the universal power law.
