Abstract
⺠The sintering temperature of ZnTiNb2O8 ceramics with BCB was reduced to 950 °C. ⺠The properties were dependent on densification, grain sizes and crystalline phases. ⺠The Ér = 32.56, Q Ã f = 20,100 GHz (f = 5.128 GHz) and Ïf = â64.87 ppm/°C were achieved. ⺠It represented very promising candidates as LTCC dielectric materials.
