Abstract
⺠Use single zone transparent vertical Bridgman furnace and double wall ampoule. ⺠Optimized tip part cone angle 23° got the good quality transparent crystal. ⺠Optimized translation rate 0.01 mm hâ1 got the good single crystal. ⺠Grown 15 mm diameter and 80 mm length 2-hydroxypyridine single crystal. ⺠XRD, FTIR, HRXRD, optical, thermal, dielectric and SHG studies were analyzed.
