Abstract
⺠In2S3 films were fabricated on FTO substrate by a hydrothermal method. ⺠The growth mechanism was proposed by investigating the reaction times. ⺠Morphology can influence their optical and photoelectrochemical properties. ⺠In2O3 films were obtained by annealing the In2S3 precursor films.
