Abstract
⺠Visible light driven solid-solution compounds K4Ce2Ta10âxNbxO30 (x = 0-10) were synthesized by solid state reaction. ⺠These solid-solution compounds demonstrated water decomposition activities under visible light irradiation. ⺠Their electronic structures were studied based on the first principle calculation. ⺠The proposed band structure has good agreement with their absorption properties and photocatalytic activities.
