Abstract
⺠The QE of photocurrent for the H2O2-treated CNTs reaches to 5.28% at Ubias = 0.1 V. ⺠Moderate chemical treatment can enhance the QE of photocurrent of CNTs. ⺠Excessive chemical treatment decreases the photocurrent quantum efficiency of CNTs.
