Abstract
⺠The fluorescence spectra of GGG:Eu3+ nanoparticles have been measured under pressures of up to 63 kbar at room temperature. ⺠A red-shift for considered lines were 0.029 nm kbarâ1, 0.033 nm kbarâ1 and 0.052 nm kbarâ1, respectively. ⺠The fluorescence lifetime Ï rapidly decreases from the ambient pressure up to about 20 kbar and after that it is unchanged. ⺠The pressure effect of the fluorescence lifetime Ï for line at 610 nm (5D0 â 7F2 transition) was explained by simple model.
