Abstract
A high degree c-axis oriented BiFeO3 film was grown on LaNiO3-coated SrTiO3 substrate by pulsed laser deposition. The leakage current density vs electric field characteristics were investigated as a function of illumination wavelength and intensity. Analysis of film electrical response suggests that the leakage current follows the Poole–Frenkel mechanism in dark. Additionally, a correlation is observed between the wavelength and power of light and the changes of photoconductivity.
