Abstract
⺠Interfacial reactions in the Sn-20 wt%In-x wt%Zn/Ag and Sn-20 wt%In-x wt%Zn/couples are studied. ⺠The reaction paths in both two kinds of couples are affected by only a small amount of Zn addition. ⺠The reaction path is liquid/É/γ/ζ/Ag when the Zn content is 5 wt%Zn. ⺠The reaction path is liquid/γ/Ni3Sn4/Ni when the Zn content is 2.0 wt%.
