Abstract
⺠Sol-gel based TiO2 Schottky diodes are made. ⺠TiO2 sol-gel is made with TIP as a precursor, ethanol as a solvent and HCl as a catalyst. ⺠The forward current of the Schottky diodes increases as the TiO2 film thickness increases. ⺠The enhancement of the forward current is mainly due to the grain size effect.
