Abstract
⺠Both sides of the graphene were coated by ZnO nanoparticles in ZnO-graphene hybrid. ⺠Lattice constants and band gap energy of ZnO-G changed compared with the pure ZnO. ⺠ZnO-G prepared at 200 oC containing 2.5% graphene exhibited the highest activity. ⺠Activity for photodegradation of MB retained above 80% after 5 times use.
