Abstract
⺠We synthesized ZnO nanosheets via a novel hydrothermal method. ⺠The ZnO nanosheets exhibited a clearly electrocatalytic response. ⺠The ZnO nanosheets exhibited an intense green-yellow luminescence. ⺠We discussed the formation mechanism of the prepared ZnO nanosheets.
