Abstract
⺠We use the Rietveld refinement for accurate analysis of the complex XRD patterns of the mechanically alloyed FeCoNbB powders. ⺠Soft magnetic nanocomposite materials can be obtained by mechanical alloying. ⺠Microstructural and structural parameters are correlated to the magnetic properties.
