Abstract
⺠LiFePO4/Si shows superior C-rate and elevated-temperature performances. ⺠H+ is suppressed by hydrogen bonding to the silicon dangling bonds in α-Si film. ⺠Fluorosilica on LiFePO4 hinders the interaction between LiFePO4 and electrolyte. ⺠Oxidized silicon injects electrons and generates a current during the dissolution.
