Abstract
⺠Polyaniline and its copolymer's nanofibres were prepared by electrospinning. ⺠The elastic modulus of a single polyaniline composite nanofibres were determined. ⺠Elastic moduli of the nanofibres are much higher at the surface than the inner core. ⺠The electrospun mats supported the cell adhesion and proliferation. ⺠The nanofibres show great promise as a scaffold for adipose derived stem cells.
