Abstract
⺠Effects of ERTA on Ni-W/Si (100) thin films are discussed. ⺠Nickel has a catalytic activity on the growth of WOX nanostructures. ⺠The formation of nanosheets happens in very short time duration. ⺠Beam current affects the structural and magnetic properties of Ni-W/Si films. ⺠Thermal stress plays an important role in the sheet formation.
