Abstract
► Structural, magnetic and electrical properties of Nd0.5Sr0.5Mn1−xCuxO3 (x = 0.0, 0.01, 0.03, 0.05, 0.10) have been studied. ► Effects of oxygen-annealing on the physical properties have also been investigated. ► The charge-ordering temperature is observed at 240 K for the parent Nd0.5Sr0.5MnO3 sample. ► The changes induced by Cu doping on the critical temperatures (TC, TN) are quite small. ► The values of TN are higher for the oxygen annealed samples than corresponding air sintered samples.
