Abstract
⺠Systematic study of the dielectric and modulus properties of olivine structured LiNiPO4 cathode material has been calculated using Ac impedance spectroscopy. ⺠Dielectric analysis shows that the ac conductivity in LiNiPO4 is a bulk effect. ⺠Complex modulus spectrum of the LiNiPO4 pattern confirms to the single-phase character of the material sample. ⺠Modulus property shows that the conductivity relaxation in LiNiPO4 is non-Debye type.
