Abstract
⺠A solvothermal route was developed for large-scale synthesis of CIS thin films on FTO substrates. ⺠The film quality can be simply adjusted by changing the molar ratios of starting reactants. ⺠Nanoworm electrode exhibits better PEC performance than the nanosheet electrode.
