Abstract
⺠We grown MnxFe1âxIn2S4 solid solutions by the directional crystallization method. ⺠We investigate samples by Energy Dispersive X-Ray analysis and Raman scattering. ⺠We observed all Raman active and some Raman inactive modes. ⺠We obtained that Fe occupies mostly octahedral positions in all samples. ⺠We obtained that Mn is distributed between octahedral and tetrahedral sites.
