Abstract
► Fe-Pd nanotubes directly deposited via template-assisted electrodeposition. ► Core-shell structure consisting of (Fe and Fe70Pd30 observed in the nanotubes. ► High magnetization saturation of 170 emu g−1 suitable for drug delivery applications. ► Successful functionalization of Fe-Pd nanotubes with drug paracetamol. ► Increased dissolution rate of the paracetamol attached to the nanotubes in comparison to the pure paracetamol.
