Abstract
⺠Hydrothermal synthesis of Zn2SnO4 with different morphologies and crystal structures. ⺠Quasi-cubic Zn2SnO4 formed in the presence of tetrabutylammonium hydroxide. ⺠The morphologies of the as-prepared Zn2SnO4 including cube, cuboctahedron, octahedron, and etc. ⺠Zn2SnO4 in quasi-cubic phase presented excellent gas sensing property than the cubic one.
