Abstract
⺠Deposition and structural analysis of CrAln, CrAlSiN and AlCrSiN coatings. ⺠In-situ XRD analysis at high temperature. ⺠AlCrSiN coating showed the highest oxidation resistance and thermal stability. ⺠CrAlN outperformed CrAlSiN film both in oxidation resistance and thermal stability.
