Abstract
ⶠZnO in nanosheets and sunflower structures were fabricated by anodization and annealing. ⶠAnodization voltages, electrolyte composition and concentration have important influence. ⶠThe structural characteristics of zinc hydroxysulfate results in the formation of nanosheets. ⶠSunflower structures were fabricated due to oxygen bubble adhesion to the oxide layer.
