Abstract
ⶠThe effective permittivity of PrCrO3 ceramics exhibits giant permittivity value of 3 Ã 104 near room temperature. ⶠThe temperature dependent permittivity for PrCrO3 resembles to that of CaCu3Ti4O12. ⶠThe observed temperature and frequency dependent high permittivity in semiconducting PrCrO3 ceramics is dominated by grain boundary response.
