Abstract
Anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates were controllably prepared for nano-copy with the controllable aperture from 5 nm to 200 nm. An unusual method for Iron/Cobalt nanowire arrays to grow directly into the AAO template is introduced, which is not only simple but also can be produced at room temperature at large scale. The rods of crystal Iron/Cobalt grown in the holes of AAO template are obtained, and they are highly ordered quantum arrays and are controllable in size.
