Abstract
⺠We fabricated Y and Fe co-doped SrTiO3 perovskite. ⺠It can be used as an oxide anode material of solid oxide fuel cells. ⺠Yttrium doping is effective to improve the phase stability in hydrogen. ⺠Electrical conduction in air and H2 was governed by the acceptor concentration and electrons due to the oxygen loss, respectively. ⺠Y and Fe co-doped SrTiO3 showed comparable interfacial resistance compared with Ni-YSZ cermet anode.
