Abstract
⺠Room temperature multiferroic properties are observed in (1âx)BiFeO3âx(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3 (x = 0 â 0.7) solid solutions. ⺠A phase transformation from rhombohedral to pseudocubic structure appears near x = 0.4 for the solutions. ⺠Paramagnetic to ferromagnetic transition is observed for the solutions, and the Curie temperature can be tuned by varying the content of BNT.
