Abstract
⺠High-efficiency solar cells were fabricated by ion implantation method. ⺠Selectively heavy ion implanted emitter regions through in situ patterned shadow mask were formed. ⺠The ion implantation method does not need the phosphosilicate glass removal and edge laser isolation for junction separation.
