Abstract
Light propagation through thin absorptive films with non-determined nanoscale relief was considered. Our calculation is based on Green’s tensor techniques in the first order perturbation theory by divergence of rough surface from flat. The obtained spectral and angular dependencies of the transmittance demonstrate essential increase in the region of surface plasmon polariton excitation in the case of anti-correlation between both random film interfaces, contrary to correlation one.
