Abstract
Simultaneous logic and its inverse in a single circuit is an important design because input data of a circuit cannot be lost during operation. In this manuscript an optical microelectromechanical system (MEMS) based diagonal switching architecture is proposed and described by which simultaneous n-variable XOR/XNOR are shown. Also numerical simulations have been done to get the performance of the logic unit.
