Abstract
Non-diffraction grating structured light (NGSL) is a new method for noncontact 3D shape measurement. Triangular prism is an effective way to generate NGSL. Errors from the light source will have a great impact on the NGSL generated by the triangular prism. A theoretical analysis of the influence on the NGSL in the case of oblique illumination has been carried out, and non-plane-wave illumination as well. The theoretical analyses results have been verified by the numerical simulations.
