Abstract
Gaussian-dependence superresolving filter (GSF) is proposed to investigate the three-dimensional focusing properties of superresolving filter regarding a Gaussian beam. The two-zone annular phase filter with its phase-shifted by π is employed to give a specific description. Analytical expressions of performance parameters are derived by taking into account the shape of incident beam. A brief analysis indicates that Gaussian beam with narrower-ring amplitude makes higher demands on the structure of GSF while exhibits superior transverse superresolving and axial apodizing effects.
