Abstract
⺠Light intensity measuring as determining of optical vortex topological charge. ⺠Operational principle enables vortex detector speed of response more than 1 GHz. ⺠“Vortex” communication is realizable under turbulence and photodetector noise. ⺠Differential coding algorithm with adaptive threshold minimizes error probability. ⺠“Vortex” communication channel is characterized by protection high degree.
